The women's speed skating mass start was held on February 24, 2018 in the Gangneung Oval .

The Japanese Nana Takagi was the Olympic champion ahead of Kim Bo-reum from South Korea, who won silver. The bronze medal went to Irene Schouten from the Netherlands.
