Omutihiya , officially Omuthiyagwiipundi , is a constituency in the Oshikoto region in northern Namibia . The administrative seat is the city of the same name Omuthiya (Omuthiyagwiipundi). The constituency has (as of 2011) 26,100 inhabitants who live in an area of ​​13,389 square kilometers.
