action

John North is a Master Sergeant in the US Army and lives separated from his wife Darlene and their daughter, Marianne . When North's wife and daughter are killed by unscrupulous arms dealers, North is able to kill 2 of 3 killers. The third wounded North badly. When North wakes up in the hospital, he seeks revenge and goes in search of the killer. He gets to know little Mikey and his mother. Mikey's mother is worried that her son will be in criminal circles. Mikey sells drugs for Marcus without realizing that he has North's family on his conscience. Meanwhile, North penetrates a tightly woven network of drugs , guns, gangs and juvenile delinquency , in which even corrupt FBI agents, first and foremost the big-footed agent Karl Savak , are involved. Savak is in contact with the Afro-American mafia boss Dexter, to whom he is supposed to deliver highly developed military weapons. Savak, disguised as a police officer, shoots Dexter's brother and thus provokes a shootout between Dexter's people and the FBI . Since Savak Dexter's people didn't send real weapons, just dummies , the henchmen were shot by the FBI. North later learns that Marcus is his family's killer and is working with Savak. When North is about to uncover Savak's plan, he shoots Marcus and Dexter. North goes in pursuit of Savak when he takes Mikey hostage. On the roof of a skyscraper there is a fight between North and Savak, in the course of which Savak falls to his death.
