The Ootah Bay is a tributary of McClintock Inlet , a fjord of the Arctic Ocean in the north of Ellesmere Island . It belongs to Quttinirpaaq National Park in the territory of Nunavut in Canada and is about 92 km from Cape Columbia removed.

The bay is named after Ootah, one of the four Inuit who took part in Robert Edwin Peary's expedition to the North Pole in 1909 . Egingwah Bay , on the opposite side of M'Clintock Inlet , is also named after a participant of this expedition.
