Centar ( Macedonian Центар ) is one of the 10 Opštini of the North Macedonian capital Skopje . It is located in the southern inner city, bordering the Vodno Mountains to the north . According to the last census from 2002, the district had over 45,000 inhabitants.

This is where part of the Skopje Old Bazaar is located .
