Open International de Squash de Nantes 2017

The Open International de Squash de Nantes 2017 took place from September 4th to 10th 2017 in Nantes , France . The men's squash tournament was part of the PSA World Tour 2017/18 and belonged to the PSA 25 category . At the same time, a women's squash tournament of the PSA Women's World Tour 2017/18 took place. It belonged to the PPE category 15 .

Last year's winner was Grégoire Marche , who successfully defended his title with a final win against Nicolas Müller . The women’s tournament was won by Fiona Moverley against Nele Gilis .

The field of participants in the men's competition consisted of 16 players, four of which were starting places for qualifiers. The eight best players were seeded. Per Wildcard received Auguste Dussourd a spot in the main draw.

Prize money and world ranking points

At the tournament, the following prize money and world ranking points were paid out or credited for reaching the respective round. Players who entered the main field from qualification received the specified qualification points in addition to those for reaching the respective round. Otherwise the amounts are not to be understood as cumulative. The total prize money was $ 25,000.
