Chris Simpson (born March 30, 1987 in Guernsey ) is a former English squash player .

Career

Chris Simpson was active on the PSA World Tour from 2005 and won ten titles on it. He achieved his best position in the world rankings in April 2014 with rank 20. At the 2012 World Cup he made it to the round of 16 after defeating Laurens Jan Anjema, who was ninth in the second round, 11: 4, 8:11, 11 : 7, 0:11 and 11: 9. He was eleven times in the main field of the World Cup. In 2015 he was in the squad of the English national team for the European championship for the first time and became vice European champion with this. The following year Simpson was again in the squad when winning the title. He ended his career in 2019.

He has been married since 2013, and in 2017 he and his wife had a son.
