Orange liqueur
Orange liqueur is the name for various spirits with components of oranges and bitter oranges .
In general, the liqueur is determined by the aromas of the peel of bitter oranges , which have been dissolved in cognac , alcohol or Armagnac . It contains at least 30% alcohol by volume . There are also fruit juice liqueurs in which fruit juice is mixed with neutral alcohol or a spirit. Both variants have a sugar content of at least 100 g per liter.
