Orazio Ferraro , also called Orazio da Giuliana (* 1561 in Giuliana , † 1643 in Palermo ) was a painter and plasterer of the Baroque in Sicily .

Life

Orazio Ferraro was the youngest son and student of the famous painter, plasterer and sculptor Antonio Ferraro . Until his death ( 1609 ) he and his brother Tommaso worked in their father's workshop. He created his most important works for churches in his hometown Castelvetrano. Orazio Ferraro followed his father's style in his work.
