The Orheim Point is a rocky headland in the West Antarctic Ellsworth Land . In the Heritage Range of the Ellsworth Mountains, it rises at the northern end of the Inferno Ridge at the junction between the Rennell and Schneider glaciers .

The United States Geological Survey mapped them using the United States Navy's own surveys and aerial photographs from 1961 to 1966. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named them in 1966 after the Norwegian glaciologist and climate researcher Olav Orheim (* 1942), who was im Participated in the second traverse from the geographic South Pole through Queen Maud Land from 1965 to 1966 as part of the United States Antarctic Research Program .
