Oserpach ( Russian Озерпах ) is a rural settlement (possjolok) on the coast of the Sea of Okhotsk not far from Nikolayevsk on the Amur in the Khabarovsk region ( Russia ) with 233 inhabitants (as of 2011).
Oserpach is the administrative seat of a rural community of the same name (selskoje posselenije), to which, in addition to the settlement, the village (selo) Swobodnoje, which is two kilometers southwest, also on the coast, belongs. However, this had no permanent residents in 2011.
At the beginning of the 20th century, industrial fishing and processing began at the mouth of the Amur . The businessman Grünwald set up the first company in Oserpach. In 1909 the fish factory of the merchant Galitschanin followed. In 1940 a cold store was built in the village, and in 1960 a canning factory. With the economic decline of the 1990s, the fish processing industry completely disappeared from Oserpach. Today the place is the destination of tourists who come from Nikolayevsk, 20 km inland. The mountains of Sakhalin Island are within sight of the settlement . Oserpach is connected to Nikolayevsk by an asphalt road.
