Oshakati-Ost ( English Oshakati East ) is one of the two constituencies of Oshakati in the Oshana region in northern Namibia . The administrative seat is the settlement Omeege . The district covers an area of ​​187 square kilometers and has 27,227 inhabitants (as of 2011) and, unlike Oshakati-West, is mainly rural. The Okatana separates the two constituencies.

The constituency has a state hospital , two clinics and 13 schools.
