One of the two government builders (building assessors ) from Hanover - with the different spelling "Kieker" - was named in 1913 during military service as "currently in the field".

In the middle of the First World War , government architect Kiecker had his residence in Hanover in 1916 at the - then - address Klagesmarkt 31, according to the magazine for architecture and engineering . As a member of the Architects and Engineers Association in Hanover , he moved to the house at Körnerstrasse 23 at the beginning of the Weimar Republic , at the latest in 1920 .

Extension to the Holy Spirit Church in Wolterdingen

In 1925, Kiecker managed the extension to the Heilig-Geist-Kirche in Wolterdingen, designed according to his own design .

In 1932 Kiecker renovated the baroque Mayor Hintze House in Stade , partly with old material .

In 1935, Kiecker, together with Lothar Pretzell and Hermann Deckert, took stock of the art and cultural monuments in the Soltau district , which was then reflected in the corresponding volume in the series Die Kunstdenkmäler der Provinz Hannover . For this purpose, Kiecker also created the "graphic recordings" contained therein.

Kiecker allegedly died around 1960.

In 1967, drawings were still being used in a volume by Reclam's art guide on the monuments of the Hanseatic cities in Lower Saxony and Schleswig-Holstein.
