Ossig is a district of the municipality of Gutenborn in the Burgenland district in Saxony-Anhalt .

The place is southwest of the core village Droßdorf on the K 2219 and on Gutenbornbach.

East which runs B 2 and extending the 477 ha large conservation area Kuhndorftal. The state border with Thuringia runs south.
