The Ostroppka is a river in the urban area of Gliwice (Gleiwitz). From 1936 to 1945 the tributary of the Klodnitz was called the Stroppenbach.

To the south of the Ostropa district (Ostroppa), several water sources arise in a depression in the ground and flow together to form Ostroppka. It then runs through Wójtowa Wieś (Richtersdorf) and flows east of the old town of Gliwice and initially ran between Bahnhofstrasse, now piped under it. The Ostroppka flows into the Klodnitz in Gliwice next to the Barbarakirche .

The Ostroppka caused regular flooding in Gleiwitz until the beginning of the 20th century. Floods occurred again between 1997 and 1999.

On a bridge over the Ostroppka in Beuthener suburb near the Gliwice Old Town one was Nepomuk Statue erected. She was later transferred.
