Otto Jägersberg

Otto Jägersberg (born May 19, 1942 in Hiltrup ) is a German writer and filmmaker who lives in Baden-Baden .

Life

Jägersberg has appeared as a director since the 1970s and has written several scripts, among others together with Roland Topor . In 1982 he was awarded a scholarship at the Deutsche Akademie Villa Massimo . In 1986 Jägersberg co-founded the Georg Groddeck Society in Baden-Baden , of which he is still a board member today. In 1984 he was awarded the Stuttgart City Literature Prize. He is a member of the PEN Center Germany and since 2011 a member of the citizens' initiative Pro Kulturhauptstadt Freiburg .
