Otto Küpferling was a German track cyclist .

In 1904 Otto Küpferling took third place in the amateurs sprint at the German track championships . The following year he became German sprint champion. In 1906 he started at the Olympic Intermediate Games in Athens in four disciplines, in the sprint, in the tandem race , in a time trial over 333.33 meters and in a race over 5000 meters. On the tandem he and Karl Arnold won the bronze medal.
