Otto Model (Music Director)

Otto Model (* 1856 ; † 1935 ) was a German music teacher and textbook author.

Life

Model worked as a seminar teacher in Genthin , Erfurt , Weißenfels and Naumburg (Saale) . In 1903 he was appointed royal music director as a regular seminar teacher in Erfurt. He was the author of numerous textbooks for music lessons and the author of music pedagogical essays.

Among his sons were the future General Field Marshal Walter Model and the specialist lawyer for tax law Otto Model .
