Otto Schoch
Otto Dagobert Schoch (born December 1, 1934 in Herisau ; † July 5, 2013 there ; entitled to live in Herisau) was a Swiss politician ( FDP ).
Schoch studied law at the University of Zurich and obtained his doctorate in 1959. iur. He was a member of the Zofingia . In 1970 he and partners founded the law firm Schoch, Auer & Partner in St. Gallen .
In 1969 Otto Schoch was elected to the Ausserrhoder Cantonal Council for the first time , to which he was a member until 1978. From 1983 to 1997 he represented his canton in the Council of States , which he presided over in 1995/96 .
