The Ouara (sometimes Wara, Ouarra or Warra) is a river in the Central African Republic .

The right tributary of the Mbomou rises in the east of the Central African Republic, right on the border with South Sudan . In its lower reaches it forms the border between the two prefectures Mbomou and Haut-Mbomou . Its length is given as 354 km.
