Ovidio Poletto (born March 27, 1935 in Caneva ) is former bishop of Concordia-Pordenone .

Life

Ovidio Poletto was ordained a priest on July 6, 1958 and was incardinated in the clergy of the Vittorio Veneto diocese . John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Concordia - Pordenone on September 16, 2000, and took office on December 8 of the same year.

The bishop of Vittorio Veneto , Alfredo Magarotto , ordained him on 11 November of the same year Bishop ; Co- consecrators were Eugenio Ravignani , Bishop of Trieste , and Sennen Corrà , Bishop Emeritus of Concordia-Pordenone.

On February 25, 2011, Pope Benedict XVI. his age-related resignation.
