The Oyak Renault Otomobil Fabrikaları Anonim Şirketi is a joint venture between the Turkish Ordu Yardımlaşma Kurumu and the French Regié Renault since 1969 . The Turkish joint stock company is based in Bursa . Production started on May 14, 1971.

Although the Turkish manufacturer vehicles only as CKD - kits from a Canadian plant in Ontario gets delivered and assembled, it has approximately 286,000 per year to a maximum of 360,000 units of the greatest works of the French group. Some of the models are exported to over 100 countries. In addition to assembling automobiles, the plant also manufactures gearboxes and engines.
