LEDA / PGC 889 is a merging irregular galaxy of the Hubble-type Im in the constellation Pegasus north of the celestial equator . It is around 45 million light years away from the Milky Way .
Together with NGC 14 , NGC 7814 , PGC 38 , and PGC 332 it forms the NGC-7814 group .
