LEDA / PGC 95472 is a spiral galaxy of the Hubble type S in the constellation Fornax in the southern sky . It is estimated to be 545 million light years from the Milky Way . Under the catalog number FCCB 187, it is one of the background galaxies of the Fornax galaxy cluster . Together with PGC 12686 and PGC 12687 , it forms an optical galaxy trio .
The galaxies NGC 1316 , NGC 1317 , NGC 1318 , NGC 1326 are located in the same area of the sky .
