Pablo Sánchez-Valladares (born November 12, 1997 ) is a Spanish middle-distance runner who specializes in the 800-meter run .

Athletic career

Pablo Sánchez-Valladares gained his first international experience in 2017 when he finished eighth at the U23 European Championships in Bydgoszcz in 1: 59.93 minutes. The following year he finished fourth at the U23 Mediterranean Championships in Jesolo in 1: 51.18 minutes and in 2019 he won the U23 Indoor Mediterranean Championships in Miramas in 1: 50.12 minutes and thus qualified for the European Indoor Championships in Glasgow , in which he was eliminated with 1: 48.90 min in the first round. He then won the bronze medal at the U23 European Championships in Gävle in 1: 49.36 minutes behind Poland's Mateusz Borkowski and Spencer Thomas from the United Kingdom.
