Pablo Ernesto Vitti (born July 9, 1985 in Rosario ) is an Argentine football player . In addition to the Argentine citizenship , he also has Italian citizenship .

Club career

Vitti comes from the youth team of Rosario Central , a football club in his hometown of Rosario. There he also played in the first team from 2004 to 2006 and was considered an extremely promising talent. Due to his good technical skills, he was already considered the new Maradona by the hopeful Argentines and has already been observed by numerous European clubs. However, Vitti's services then stagnated, crushed by this burden. In 2007, the offensive midfielder was committed to the equivalent of around 3.5 million euros by league rivals CA Banfield , but could not score a goal in 15 games. He has been playing for CA Independiente since January 2008 , where he only made two appearances in the 2008 Clausura. For the first half of the 2008/09 season he was therefore awarded to the Ukrainian first division club Chornomorez Odessa . From January 2009 the Argentine played on loan for the Canadian club Toronto FC , which plays in the US Major League Soccer .

In early 2010 Vitti moved to Universidad San Martín in Peru. There he won the championship with his team in 2010. He then moved to league competitor Universitario de Deportes . In early 2012, he moved to Querétaro FC in Mexico. He was unable to assert himself there and Vitti was hired by LDU Quito in Ecuador in mid-2012 . There he became a regular player again and was signed by the Argentine first division club CA Tigre in mid-2013 . There he was not used regularly and joined league competitor CA San Martín de San Juan in early 2015 . In early 2016 he moved to the All Boys in Primera B Nacional , where he only played three games.

After a six-month commitment at Veria FC in Greece, Vitti has been without a club since the beginning of 2017.

National team

With the U-20 national team of Argentina, Vitti won the Junior World Cup in 2005 .
