The Pagwachuan River is a right tributary of the Kenogami River in the Canadian province of Ontario .
The Pagwachuan River has its origin 40 km east of Longlac in Pagwachuan Lake . It leaves this at its northeastern end and flows mainly in an easterly direction through the Canadian Shield . It takes in the Osawin River from the right. After Ontario Highway 11 crosses the river, the Pagwachuan River turns north. Later the river turns east and finally northeast before it joins the Kenogami River. The Pagwachuan River has a length of about 170 km.
