Palutaja is a village ( Estonian küla ) in southeast Estonia . It belongs to the rural municipality of Kanepi ( Kõlleste until 2017 ) in Põlva County .

The village has 29 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2011). It lies east of the Leevi River (Leevi jõgi) .
