Benjamin Mokulu Tembe (born October 11, 1989 in Brussels ) is a Congolese - Belgian football player .
Career
society
Mokulu started his career at FC Brussels . In August 2007 he made his debut against KVC Westerlo in the Pro League . In January 2008 he was awarded to the second division club Royale Union Saint-Gilloise . For Saint-Gilloise he played eleven games in which he scored five goals.
For the 2008/09 season he moved to the second division KV Ostend . In January 2010 he was signed by the first division club Sporting Lokeren . For Lokeren he completed 103 league games in which he was able to score 18 goals. In 2012 he won the Belgian Cup with the club and scored a goal on the way in the quarter-final first leg against KAA Gent (1-1).
In summer 2013 he joined the league competitor KV Mechelen . In September 2014 it was awarded to the French first division club SC Bastia . After only four goalless games in Ligue 1 , he left Bastia in the winter of 2014/15 and joined the Italian second division club AS Avellino in 1912 . After failing to score in the 2014/15 season, he was the top scorer of his team in the 2015/16 season with twelve goals in Serie B.
In January 2017 it was awarded to league competitor Frosinone Calcio . By the end of the season he scored two goals in 17 games.
For the season 2017/18 Mokulu was within the series B to the US Cremonese lent. In 16 league games he scored 4 goals. For the 2018/19 season he moved to FC Carpi . After scoring three goals in 16 Serie B games, he moved the end of January 2019 loan to the Serie C to the second team (U23) from Juventus . By the end of the season he was used in 13 league games, in which he scored 4 goals.
Since 16 July 2019 he plays for Calcio Padova in the third-tier Serie C .
National team
Mokulu played two games for the Belgian U-21s in 2010 and scored one goal.
In 2011, however, he decided to change countries and from then on played for the national team of the DR Congo . He made his debut for the team on February 9, 2011 in a friendly against Gabon (2-0).
