Paolo Albera

Paolo Albera (born August 25, 1871 in Godiasco in Italy , † October 27, 1943 in Mileto ) was Bishop of Mileto .

Life

He was on May 27, 1915 by Pope Benedict XV. appointed Bishop of Bova . He received his episcopal ordination from the Archbishop of Reggio Calabria , Rinaldo Camillo Rousset OCD ; Co- consecrators were Giorgio Delrio , Bishop of Geraca , and Giuseppe Moràbito , Bishop of Mileto. On February 14, 1919, the Pope appointed him Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Mileto. On January 1, 1921, he resigned as Bishop of Bova and at the same time became titular bishop of Flaviopolis . On May 9, 1924 he became Bishop of Mileto.
