The Papija-Nunatak ( Bulgarian нунатак Папия nunatak Papija ) is a 550 m high and rocky Nunatak at the Nordenskjöld Coast of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . In the southern foothills of the Detroit Plateau, it rises 6.44 km southeast of the summit of Ruth Ridge , 6.2 km south-southwest of the Cruyt Spur , 14.6 km west to south of Cape Worsley , 11.7 km north to east of the Sentinel -Nunataks and 8 km east-northeast of the Bekker-Nunatakker north of the mouth of the Drygalski glacier .
British scientists mapped it in 1978. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2010 after a mountain on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast .
