The Nevado Pariacaca is a mountain in the Cordillera Huarochirí (also called "Pariacaca mountain range") in the western cordillera of the Peruvian Andes .

The glaciated mountain has two peaks: the north summit with a height of 5730  m and the south summit with 5750  m . The Nevado Pariacaca forms the highest elevation of the Cordillera Huarochirí and is located on the border of the administrative regions of Junin and Lima . To the northwest lie the neighboring mountains Colquepucro (5658 m) and Corihuasi (5200 m). The dominance of the Nevado Pariacaca is 29 km. At this distance lies the Nevado Ticlla further south . The notch height is 1098 m.

The lower north summit, which is easier to climb, was first climbed in 1936 and the south summit in 1938, both led by US American expeditions by TA Dodge.

In Inca mythology , the mountain was worshiped as a deity.
