Career
Parinya Utapao signed his first contract with the then first division club Nakhon Pathom United FC, a club that is based in Nakhon Pathom . In 2011 he moved to the then second division club Chainat Hornbill FC . With the club he rose to the first division in 2011. In 2014 he was loaned to the then second division club Nakhon Ratchasima FC . With the club he rose to the Thai Premier League after the end of the season .
