Founded in 1999, the club plays in the Thailand Provincial League . By 2004, the club finished the season in a mid-table position. In 2005 a place in the top three could be achieved for the first time, but the promotion to the Thai Premier League was narrowly missed. The result could be repeated a year later. But the club was allowed to rise to the highest league in Thailand, as the runner-up, the reserve team of FC Port Authority of Thailand , was not eligible for promotion. Not only did the club bring new momentum to the league as a “provincial team”, but also the fans who visit the home games and also travel to the away games in large numbers. Nakhon Pathom was next to FC Chonburi and FC Suphanburi the only club in the Premier League that did not come from the capital Bangkok . The club finished their first season in the first division in 11th place. He improved his final placement a year later to 9th place. For the 2009 season, Michael Aspin and Michael Thomas Byrne were the first two players from Great Britain to be committed. Both played together in England at Northwich Victoria . However, the season ended the club in 16th and last place in the table, which resulted in relegation to the Division 1 League . The 2010 season ended with a fifth place. After playing arrangements with Sisaket, the club was excluded from playing for two years. For the 2013 season they returned to Division 1. Up until the 2017 season they played second class. Until 2016 in Division 1 League , the 2017 season was played in Thai League 2 . After the club had not submitted complete licensing documents for the 2018 season , the club had to relegate to the fourth division, the Thai League 4. Here the club played in the West region in 2018.
