The Thailand Premier League 2007 is the top division of 2007 in Thai football . It consisted of 16 teams. Consists of the twelve teams of the 2006 season , and the two best teams from the Thailand Division 1 League , plus two clubs from the Thailand Provincial League .
Usually the kick-off should take place on Saturdays at 4:00 p.m. Nevertheless, the game was sometimes played at 5:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m., sometimes on weekdays. The season was interrupted for three months because of the Asian soccer championships , which took place from July 7th to July 29th, 2007 in Thailand. Also because of the Universiade which took place from August 8th to August 18th in Bangkok .
