Diego Oliveira Silva , or just Diego (born December 26, 1990 in Guarulhos ) is a Brazilian football player .

Career

Diego Oliveira Silva learned to play football in the youth team of AD Guarulhos in his hometown of Guarulhos . Here he played until the end of 2013. In 2014 he moved to AE Santacruzense in Santa Cruz do Rio Pardo . In September 2014 he moved to Five Islands FC . The club from Saint John's is located in the island state of Antigua and Barbuda and played in the first division, the Premier League . After a year he moved to league rivals Parham FC in Parham . In May 2016 he went to Asia . Here he signed a contract with FC Đồng Tháp in Vietnam . The club from Cao Lãnh played in the first division, the V.League 1 . At the end of the season he finished with the club in the last place in the table and had to relegate to the second division . After 14 first division games in Vietnam, he went to Thailand in 2017 where he joined the fourth division club BTU United FC . The club from the capital Bangkok played in the Thai League 4 in the Western Region. At the end of 2017 he was third in the table with the club and then rose to the third division. After the rise he left Bangkok. In Nakhon Pathom he signed a two-year contract with Nakhon Pathom United FC, also playing in the fourth division . At the end of 2018 he became champions with the club and rose to the third division. That season he scored 29 goals in the T4. In 2019 he played with Nakhon Pathom in the third division, the Thai League 3 , in the Lower Region. Here he was again champion at the end of the season and rose to the second division . For NP he scored 13 goals in the promotion season. After the rise, he left Thailand and moved back to Vietnam. The first division club Hải Phòng FC from Hải Phòng signed him from the beginning of 2020.
