Park Chul-soo (born November 20, 1948 in Daegu , † February 19, 2013 in Yongin , South Korea ) was a South Korean film director , screenwriter and producer . He graduated from Sungkyunkwan University with a major in economics . He died in a traffic accident on February 19, 2013 at the age of 64.
