Park Hye-won ( kor. 박혜원 ; born August 15, 1983 in Seoul ) is a South Korean short tracker .

Career

At the 2000 World Championships in Sheffield , she won silver over 1500 m and with the relay. In the same year she won silver with the team in The Hague . With the relay and with the team she won silver again at the World Championships the following year. In 2002, however, she was able to win gold with the relay at the World Cup in Montreal and also with the team in Milwaukee . She also won gold with the relay at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City . Park won a gold medal with the relay at the 2003 Winter Universiade in Tarvisio .
