Parutyne ( Ukrainian Парутине ; Russian Парутино Parutino ) is a village in the south of the Ukrainian Oblast Mykolaiv with about 2000 inhabitants (2004).
The village was founded in 1811 and used to be called Ilyinske ( Ільїнське ). Parutyne lies on the Dnieper-Bug-Liman , the confluence of the Southern Bug and the Dnieper into the Black Sea . The village forms its own district council in Ochakiv Rajon , which also includes the villages of Katalyne ( Каталине ) and Prybuske ( Прибузьке ). The Oblast capital Mykolaiv is 42 km north and the district center Ochakiv is 33 km southwest of Parutyne. The T-15-07 territorial road runs through the village . To the south of the village is the ancient city of Olbia .
