Paul Bulcke (born September 8, 1954 in Roeselare , Belgium ) is a Belgian manager and has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nestlé since April 2017 .

Bulcke studied industrial engineering at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven from 1972 to 1976 . This was followed by a postgraduate course in management at the University of Ghent . From 1977 to 1979 he worked as a financial analyst at Scott Graphics Int., Belgium. In 1979 he moved to Nestlé, where he was Head of Marketing Trainee until 1980. Then he became Sales and Marketing Director of Nestlé Chile, Ecuador and Peru, which he stayed until 1996. As market head he worked in various countries, including Portugal (1996–1998), the Czech Republic and Slovakia (1998–2000) and Germany (2000–2004). In 2004 he became Vice President and was responsible for the USA, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean. After Peter Brabeck-Letmathe resigned as Chairman of the Executive Committee of Nestlé in April 2008, he took over his position. In April 2017 he succeeded Brabeck-Letmathe as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Bulcke was one of the six deputy chairmen of the 41st annual meeting of the World Economic Forum Davos 2011 in January 2011.

Bulcke is married and has three children.
