Career

Between July 10, 2008 and March 19, 2012 Gludovatz coached SV Ried in the Austrian Bundesliga. There he won the autumn championship titles in 2010 and 2011 as well as the 2011 ÖFB Cup victory .
With the 2012/13 season he became the new sporting managing director at SK Sturm Graz . As a result, an agreement was reached at SV Ried to terminate the existing contract subject to the notice period of April 1, 2012. From October 2012, Gludovatz was the trainer of TSV Hartberg . At the end of the 2013 season he was hired as head coach at SV Eberau . On August 16, 2015, he replaced Helgi Kolviðsson, who was on leave, as head coach at SV Ried . In May 2016, Gludovatz announced that he would no longer train SV Ried in the 2016/17 season.
