Paul Gray (athlete)
Paul Gray (born May 25, 1969 ) is a former British hurdler who started both the 110-meter and the 400-meter distance . Because of his sprint strength , he was also used in the 4 x 400 meter relay .
At the 1994 Commonwealth Games in Victoria, he won bronze over the 110m hurdles and came in seventh place with the Welsh relay. Four years later he was fourth at the 1998 Commonwealth Games in Kuala Lumpur over the 110m hurdles and won bronze with the Welsh relay. At the European Athletics Championships in Budapest , he reached the semi-finals over 400 m hurdles.
In 1999 he retired at the World Athletics Championships in Seville over 400 m hurdles, in 2001 at the World Championships in Edmonton over 110 m hurdles in the preliminary run.
