Paul Keller (born January 5, 1895 in Rochsburg , † January 14, 1969 in Freiburg im Breisgau ) was a German politician ( GB / BHE , GDP ).

Life

Keller worked as an industrial clerk in Pomerania . After the Second World War he came to West Germany as a displaced person and settled in Säckingen , where he worked as a businessman and authorized signatory.

Keller joined the Federation of Expellees and Disenfranchised (BHE) and was elected in the state elections in 1956 and 1960 through a second mandate from the Waldshut constituency as a member of the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg , of which he was a member until 1964. After the GB / BHE lost votes in the 1961 Bundestag elections and merged with the German Party (DP) to form the All-German Party (GDP), it formed a new parliamentary group in June 1961, to which all former BHE members belonged.

Keller had run twice for the German Bundestag , in the federal elections in 1957 for the GB / BHE and in 1961 for the GDP, but could not move into parliament.
