Paul Wells
Paul Wells ( February 12, 1930 - September 1, 2005 ) was an American sound engineer and lighting technician . In a career spanning more than 20 years, he has been nominated twice for an Oscar : 1978 for Am Wendpunkt and 1980 for The Rose . According to the Internet Movie Database, he also worked on around 42 films. In 1988 he was also nominated for an Emmy for his participation in the television series Magnum .
