Paul Diapers

Paul Windels (born April 19, 1883 in Dorum , Land Wursten ; † January 26, 1970 in Bad Godesberg ) was a German administrative lawyer and district administrator .

Life

Paul Windels studied law at the Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen . In 1901 he became active in the Corps Suevia Tübingen . After the exams he entered the Prussian civil service. In 1910 he passed the examination as a government assessor with the government in Schleswig . In 1918 he was contract as district administrator of the district Militsch . From 1920 to 1945 he was district administrator for the Saatzig district .

After being expelled from Pomerania, he became involved in the Saatzig homeland community for expellees . Most recently he lived in Stade . Hans Windels , district administrator in Hanover, who was one year older , was probably a brother.
