Hans Windels
Hans Windels (born April 10, 1882 in Dorum , Land Wursten ; † December 5, 1949 in Leer ) was a German administrative lawyer.
Life
Windels studied law at the Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg . Like Richard Forthuber , he was reciprocated in the Corps Rhenania Würzburg in 1902 . He proved himself once as a sub- senior and twice as a senior . After the exams he joined the internal administration of Prussia. In 1919 he became district administrator of the district of Osterode am Harz in the province of Hanover . He followed Alfred von Stockmar . He was a member of the Hanover Provincial Parliament. After nine years in the district office, he became director of the Harz waterworks in 1928 . From 1946 to 1949 he was still district administrator in the district of Leer . One year younger Paul Windels , district administrator in Pomerania, was probably a brother.
