Paulo Dyrceu Pinheiro

Paulo Dyrceu Pinheiro (born April 25, 1939 in Rio de Janeiro ) is a former Brazilian diplomat .

Life

Paulo Dyrceu Pinheiro is the son of Aurora dos Santos Pinheiro and Paulo Pinheiro.

He was chargé d'affaires in Brussels from 1968 to 1969 and in Taipei from 1972 to 1973 . In 1986 he was appointed ambassador in Luanda , where he served until January 10, 1989 and was also accredited in São Tomé .

After Pinheiro was subsequently employed as consul general in Santiago de Chile until 1991 , he took over the office of ambassador in Islamabad from 1990 to April 10, 1996 and from July 28, 2003 to December 23, 2005 in São Tomé.
