Peamwilai Laopeam ( Thai : เปี่ยม วิไล เล่า เปี่ยม , born October 20, 1983 in Amphoe Khlong Lan , Kamphaeng Phet (province) ) is a Thai boxer .

Career

Laopeam started boxing shortly after women's competitions were first held in Thailand. When women were allowed to start at the Southeast Asian Games for the first time in 2007, Laopeam was also there and won the gold medal in the featherweight category (up to 57 kg). In 2009 she won the Asian Indoor Games, but failed in the Asian Games in the first fight in 2010 . Here she started for the first time in flyweight (up to 51 kg). Also in 2010, Laopeam started at the World Championships for the first time . After three victories, she was knocked out of the quarterfinals against Ren Cancan , China (+3: 3).
