Peder Hamdahl Næss

Peder Hamdahl Næss (born June 19, 1971 , in Norway ) is a Norwegian director and screenwriter .

Life

Næss is the son of the actor, director and screenwriter Arne Lindtner Næss and the grandson of the Norwegian opera singer and stage actress Randi Lindtner Næss .

He writes screenplays, writes plot diagrams and scenarios as well as directs for several Norwegian film and television productions . He made his debut as a screenwriter and director in 1998 in the Norwegian television series Venner og fiender . He then wrote the script for several episodes of the Norwegian soap opera Hotel Cæsar and directed it. He also wrote the script for several episodes of the television series Fox Grønland , the sitcom series Far og sønn and the Swedish drama series Andra avenyn as well as the Käpt'n Sabeltann series Kaptein Sabeltann - Kongen på havet . He also wrote the script for two episodes of the Norwegian Olsen Gang Junior film series, partly together with his father Arne Lindtner Næss. In 2016 and 2017 Næss wrote the screenplay for three episodes of the children's film series The Little Gray Fergie ( Gråtass ).
