The Pedja ( Estonian Pedja jõgi ; Russian Педья ) is a left tributary of the Emajõgi in Estonia .

The Pedja jõgi is the fourth longest river in Estonia. It rises in the Pandivere ridge near the village of Simuna (municipality of Väike-Maarja in Lääne-Viru district ). It flows into the Emajõgi River.

The Pedja jõgi is 122 km long. Its catchment area covers 2710 km². The river covers a gradient of 69.3 m.

Its main right tributary is the jõgi spade . Other tributaries are Onga , Kaave and Umbusi .
